Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Steel Detailer to join our Structural Steel Detailing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate fabrication drawings, shop drawings, GA drawings, and erection drawings for structural steel projects while ensuring compliance with international and client-specific standards.
The role requires strong technical expertise in structural steel detailing, coordination with engineers and fabrication teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality project documentation within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop, fabrication, GA, and erection drawings for structural steel projects.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
- Develop detailing in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with AISC, CISC, and Indian Standards (IS Codes).
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, fabricators, and site teams.
- Generate material take-offs (MTO) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Review drawings for detailing accuracy before submission.
- Update drawings based on design revisions, RFIs, and client comments.
- Maintain project documentation throughout the detailing process.
- Deliver project outputs within scheduled timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Freshers with relevant training or experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of structural steel detailing and fabrication processes.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures (Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of structural steel detailing.
- Knowledge of AISC, CISC, and Indian Standards.
- Ability to prepare fabrication and erection drawings.
- Understanding of steel connections and detailing practices.
